Our facility was once a physician’s office, so when we found it we knew it would be ideal. The lease agreement is for $12.00 per year for 5 years, thanks to the generosity of PeaceHealth. PeaceHealth understood immediately the potential value that the clinic would bring to the community and were very willing to help out in this way. Conveniently located, the clinic is in the west side of Eugene and is on a main bus route. The LTD Seneca bus station is located behind the building. Many patients as well as volunteers take advantage of the bus service, and parking is easy too, if you drive.
Special thanks to Century Designs for donating their services and giving the building interiors a facelift. With a grant from The Collins Foundation we were able to bring the inside to a clean and welcoming appearance. Sherwin Williams, All Structures Painting, 3rd Generation Painting, and so many in our community gave of their time and goods to make this happen.
