The Volunteers In Medicine Clinic (VIM) provides free primary medical care and mental health services to low-income Lane County adults who have no insurance.
More than 66,000 residents of Lane County do not have health insurance. When they delay needed care, their conditions become major health threats that are more costly and more difficult to treat, often in hospital emergency rooms.
Vision
May we have eyes to see those rendered invisible and excluded, open arms and hearts to reach out and include them, healing hands to touch their lives with love, and in the process, heal ourselves.
Mission
Our mission is to understand and serve the health and wellness needs of the medically under-served and their households, who live and work in the greater Lane County area.
